Downloader10 installation

not being to bright on a pc, i'm abit suss about doing a download to my digivox 2007, i have the r232 patch lead and was wondering if some kind person could instuct me on the procedure.

google bigmaq. d/l the tolbar and install. it will then be there permanently at the top of ie. from this you will have a constatnt update of key changes and future firmware updates. downloader 10 is on there too. i've attached it below.

digivox dl10 stuck?

Hi every one

I am nevts (steve) i am a newbie to all of this so please forgive me if i sound stupid.

Just like pizer i dont know what i am doing. I too bought a cable from mablin and connected my pc to my digivox. I hae dl10 and the appi file, i have followed the tut instructions and all seems well until after a short time I get a message saying failed to flash.

So what am i doing so wrong?

Any Ideas or is their any one nr swindon that i could take my digivox too to get it flashed?
