How do I unlock codes on my dreambox?

I am having trouble unlocking my dreambox 500. I have flashed the dw v1.1.img but no luck, have also tried ftp'ing nagrarom7,10 and 11 with no luck? the .img file does not allow me to use opt 4 to edit the var/keys file. Help!!
