Scrambled/Missing SKY Box Office on Digivox XL-Was on 1700

When I first got this box (a few days ago) I eventually found Sky Box Office on TV 1700.

However, it now says 'Scrambled or Bad Channel'
Every other scrambled Channel else 'appears' to be available and working Ok, and I have read all the Tutotials;Re-scanned Factory re-set the lot!

The Nagravision is 'On' and the Key EMU is 'on' on the CAS SYSTEM Screen !

I have tried re-scanning as Automatic AND Manual and nothing seems to unscramble this channel (and I can't find Sky Box office on any other Channel!)

In short, I'm stuck, and need some help with this despite reading all the posts first. Gutted, as this is one I really want.

I just found another post that says I need to scan 1/2 before a (or during I guess) live transmission to pick up this channel

I will try this, I must have been lucky that when I originally scanned the Wrestling was on .

maybe you have moved into the nagra3 area if so more channels will go.

Virgin Media has started to send out new smartcards to its TV customers, currently we're sending them to customers in Watford, Seven Kings, Kirklees, Wessex-Poole and Ashford. The new smartcard is easy to swap with the old - find out how at Switching your Smart Card.

The new smartcard is important. It works differently to the old card, and uses newer technology which will form part of a range of exciting new digital TV services from 2010 and onwards, including more HD channels, new TV on demand features and of course we’re also working on integrating TiVo into our TV service too!

Customers in the Watford, Seven Kings, Kirklees, Wessex-Poole and Ashford should have already received their new cards (or will be recieving them soon) and it’s important your old card is swapped out as soon as possible. Over the next few days, in the regions listed, we’ll be turning off some of the older TV signals on our network so if you haven’t swapped the card yet, please do so as soon as you can to ensure an uninterrupted service.

If you are in the Watford, Seven Kings, Kirklees, Wessex-Poole or Ashford areas and think you need a new smartcard please head to Switching your Smart Card and check our frequently asked questions (FAQ).

If you’re not in one of the regions listed, don’t panic, everyone will be getting a new smartcard. We’ll be going around the country region by region as we upgrade our TV service, and we’ll be in touch by post when it’s your turn. In the meantime, don’t worry there won’t be any changes to your TV service until that time.
