What are the chances VM will implement N3 to coincide with their fibre optic cabling schedule and does anyone know what this schedule is?

please god.. not another ~~~~in N3 thread.. there are enough here already..
VM have already implemented N3 in Leeds..
It will be rolled out across the South of England over January, the Midlands by February, and the North West of England by March. By Easter, all of Virgin Media’s cable services should be running with Nagra 3 encryption
