Worth buying a box still?

Hi, i was about to buy a eurovox today until i stumbled across this forum and read about this dreaded nagra 3.

Without going through all the threads was wondering if anyone could tell me if theres any confirmed dates or anythin like that?

Would it still be worth buying a box or am i only going to get a month out of it?

if we say buy a box and it goes off in a week people get annoyed,no one knows how long you have so it is vital to read all info regarding nagra3 and boxes first.

hi i bought a eurovox 6000 with hard drive,down loaded a old firmware got the update works like a dream. 8282 now works on manually thanks to every body bluemagpieuk

Klawson -- Bulldog is not taking the p**s - it's actually the best advice u can get mate.

Look thru the forum and there are loads of requests for basic info from people with 2 posts asking basic stuff.

Take some time to read up, almost all the info u need is there...

well i just got my eurvox the day before that thing came up about new cards and this all strated. me i got up to now 3 months from it so its paid for its self already. i got my moneys worth from it sooo it all good. My view of it is if your going to do something illegal you cant complain if you do it and it goes off the day you get it. get one you may get a year out of it or you may get a hour out of it its the chance you take. its like speeding in a car its the cahnce you take getting caught aint it. the end of the day its up to the idividual.

That depends on where you live and how much you want to spend.

If I was in your position now, I would buy a DM800C clone then if the worst happened, you could always replace the tuner with for satellite version.

Not cheap, but if you want something for nothing, thats the chance you have to take I suppose.

If only you had found the forum a few years ago .................
