Opos card reading error messages!!

I have got an opos card which I am trying to extract bk & ird off,but still not able to reason being that when being read in nagra edit 4.1 I get follwoing message:
Opening of COM3 was successful
Reset failed
Error reseting card, ATR string invalid
Closing of COM3 was successful

any idea what am i doing wrong please?

50 views not 1 suggestion or offer to help!is my question that difficult?...come on guys the hangover must be over by now,I am desperate to watch some sports on the telly...I have been reading some tuts but can't see what's wrong with this blooming card,I have set up proggy in phoenix mode and nagra edit 4.1 seems configured properly and this effing ATR thingy still coming up really frustrating,I am sure someone might have come across same issue

looks like a comms error, either on wrong com port or your using a null moden cable instead of using a serial lead....or one of those usb to serial leads....they are a nightmare.........or card is dead
i know they are very similar but id advise to get a proper rom card m8 when you get your bk

i had the same problem but loaded the files checked the fast write box then burn it and it wrote the card , ps it will say atr invalid when the card is erased.
