FX HD channel for virgin

Hi guys i have a eurovox ex7000hd box when i scan for channels it is missing a few was hoping some one knew what the broadcast frequency was so i could add manually? there are 6 channels missing from the vm list online they are bbc3,too,channel 7,fx hd, jetix and jetix+1 if anyone knows the signal frequencies you would be gr8 help cheers phil

All depends on were you are, different area's have different frequencys.
