I had a couple of 500t's running of an integrated with no probs, check polarity of your chxxus ariel H or V, tip of downconverter will give you this direction, set up the yagi ariel to match and they should work on manual scan. get the lowest freq that chans come in on chxxus ariel, add 440mHz adding 8 each step and they should work for ya.
You know that ariel with build in downconverter is only rated to work withing 15 miles of transmitter?
    Whatever!!

As Tomhick024 says make sure you have the H/V set prop, you could try this goto manual tune & input 690000Mhz qam64 bandwith 8mhz transmission mode 8k leave everything else on auto 5v should be disabled. Now unplug the anttena power supply wait 30sec then plug back in while watching the manual scan screen & see if sync & lock enable.

If it locks for just a fraction of a second then looses it your antenna is getting to much power & the tuner is getting to much signal. I run mine at 18v if run at 24v it wont work.
