no signal

hi all i have a eurovox max red and today some of my chanels say no signal i think most my moves work and sky 1 but not sky sports 1 & 3 and espn! iv did a factory reset and power scan but still the same ! also i just feed the cable right to box without the spliiter. any help on this? im in west bromwich area p.s also just checked i went into user installation and the quailty is all up and down

i had it also, sdme of the preset stellites are hardly available here... check quality ans receotion of the channel
