digivox pal to ntsc

I have a digivox receiver that is stuck on pal. Can someone tell me how to get it back to ntsc.

is there a button on remote?if not there is in settings

No visible button on the remote and while on pal it will keep rolling in black and white so I'm unable to see settings.

its deffo in the menu, user set up i think,change it in there,make sure tv settings match

It's my neighbor's box so I'll let her take it to someone who dealt with it before, because it's on pal the only way that I could fix it trough the menu is if I knew how many times up or down because the screen is rolling non stop and that makes it very difficult to read. Thanks for the assistance.

recheck again on remote,depends on what one you have as i have seen it there last night,

Thanks Cactikid but I've already returned the box to my neighbor and she took it to the guy who fixed it for her before and she's now up and running. Thanks for the help really appreciated.
