    Digivox T No Channels found

    Hi

New to this; but have put new firmware on digivox T and I can't find any channels.

    Points to note:
Have eurovox tx and it's working perfect (so antenna is ok)
Tried with antenna power on and off!!
Tried with Key EMU on and off!!

    Any ideas?

how old is the box the newer digivox t have newer firmware than the old one depends which one ya have could have wrong firmware ya should have emu on and antenna power on together then do a scan an flick thriugh a channel or two and the box should update

for the older box its v3300 and the newer box is is v3330_090806

they changed the tuner in the box for better signal and picture

      Thanks,

I'll try the other version of the firmware so!

      It's a digivox t 2008.

Just to clarify when I used one version I couldn't even get into the channels. I installed the firmware and turned on the Box, did the auto install but no channels found!! (with antenna and key emu on)

sometimes ya can get a bad flash theres only two different firmwares so one has to work thats if your antenna an everything else is fine

Ya on the antena and power suppLy, everything is ok with that as I have a eurovox tx which I am using (currently working perfect)

              Ch***s MMDS alright!!!

I'll try the other version of the firmware as soon as I get the chance (laptop doesn't have RS-232 connection so have to do it in work when everyone is gone!)

Digibox t -No channel names shown

Flashed Digibox t with latest firmware as discussed
Channels found but names showing TV 4187 etc.
                EPG working fine.
Restored to factory settings and tried again but still channels are coming in without names.
Any solution other then manual edit?

                  After doing ' factory setting'.
Turn the power off to stb for about 30 secs and power up and scan. you might have to do it a few times but they will come in named, remember to power off each time after doing factory setting.
Fog might be affecting your signal strength at the moment!
                  Whatever!!

I have a Digivox XL USB and it was working fine until recently. Can anyone out there help me with this? I would really appreciate anything you can do for me. I live in Dublin.

Digivox XL is cable as you know, all cable supply is N3 encryped in Ireland , so no hope of a fix or will be a long time if there is one released to the public.
You have two options, sell it to some one in the UK fairly fast or throw in in your attic!
