Are we able to sell these Dream Box in a UK retail outlet

What would the legal situation be?

And as standard a Dreambox doesn't even do FTA.

The legal position is these boxes are okay to sell in the UK but they may well be against the law in Ireland. Someone else may be able to confirm that.
