virgin media tv chipped box

I have the chipped box. Worked perfectly untill just after boxing day. Im now getting a message bad or scrambled channel. any ideas on how to fix it ?

theres a good chance the area you are in has changed encryption to nag3

are you in the leeds area?
nag3 is new encryption the will disable all hacked boxes.
