Good news on nag3

The good news is..... It's not nag3 vm are rolling out! It's a newer encryption called "g4". The main purpose is so us or we as customers will be able to get 10meg upload speeds thru the broadband. The pollution the pirate units cause + other factors such as bad cicuitry in vm boxes is hindering this from being possible. But yes Leeds was the trial area and yep the boxes will still be useless. Proper vm services should improve as a result also. My source was 2 of the guys that actually deal with problems under the ground and rectifiying the problems related to it. I hinted at some of the things we all already know and he said I was well informed but was adamant it's not the same as nag3.

So it's g4 peeps and as the trial was almost to plan it's a defo it ain't far away.

Smell what u want, think the guys that work for vm will no more than u or any1 else on here. as stated it's more for the bband than the tv side. the gd news was me being sarcastic, just got a new ex7000 maself so I ain't got any gain in lying as I'm ?180 out of pocket. the g4 thing is a quote from what he said was the buzzword.....just Thot I'd repeat what I was told seen as they weren't run of the mill installers. Ah well il know better next time and just zip it

As of today the rumor mill still flows to all FTA Site?s, rumors about a new hack of NDS and Nagra3 encryption system seems to have some merit.

The potential of the hack Nagravision3 system will be a major blow to the ailing Swiss coding specialist Kudelski. This past week, made known a substantial gain in the first part of 2009. The Cost was mainly suffered by the company had to make codes cracked by television weather to recover. Even the loss of customers by the long-term free channels has to look at the losses to Kudelski. In the Netherlands using the digital television Canal Digital, Mediaguard and UPC (Nagravision3) the

This is ofcourse circumvent all work hackers have done up to this time on Nagra3 systems to date, and will cause all the work done up to this point to be worthless. I personally believe this may have been his plan from the beginning and force hackers to stop work on the new system and to wait for

Sorry to bust your bubble here but its NOT Nagra 3 encryption Charlie is going to use he is pulling all the stops out and going to NAGRA4 yeppers!! thats right Nagra4 encryption on all these ~~~~O channels. Sorry for the bad news guys but this has not even been seen outside the lab yet and their is no known hack!

Oh' Sorry forgot to mention that the new (G4) cards are only going to be issued to ppl with the (VIP) Receivers and substrictions to these Playboy channels, so anyone with a VIP receiver that is MPEG4 will get this cards.

The above post mentions its for receivers that are mpeg 4 its possible other receivers Vm have will have N3 cards and since the cards are reported as Rom 180 that is definately a Nagra 3 card.
