Last year i decided to get the full cable package,tv xl,20 bb,phone line.Everything went ok for a month.One morning i awoke to find the bb off,no tv channels,and just getting cs on the phone line.When i finally got through to them they said i owed them four hundred quid from about 2003.Im sure i dont.And was told unless i pay,they wont connect me.i have phoned cs back several times,and im told a variety of diffrent things,including being told i dont owe anything on the account.Do this lot know what they are doing,I thought ntl was bad,all if 4given come back,virgin media is pants....

i have fpound vm to be very good customer service, they even say the would call me back on my mobile. strange

I too have found vm very helpful. Problem can be getting through - but once you get past that hurdle, they're usually pretty good.Comment

Virgin as a company is ok but I find their phone service well doggy. They like to make more money out of people by charging you extra for calls you haven't made.
I'm glad I went to BT but kept the broadband.Comment
