Really need some help - DIGIVOX XL USB

Hi

bit new with this,

I have downloaded the BIN file, but cant see how to transfer the file to the box.

I have a USB to a RS-232C cable, but when i plug it in, my comp doesnt reconise it? should it??

if not how do i transfer the file to the box.
