All the sport. Movies Music,Sci-Fi and enough adult channels to make ya go blind (Aparantly)About 10000 various channels depending where you are and how much of the sky the dish can see!!!!!!!(REMEMBER SATELITE IS A HOBBY)
As long as you get 1meter dish motorized depend where you get it about ?100-?140 ect...and a Linux receiver(A must)depends what you want from ?50-?500 even more your choice oh a lot of reading on linux and fitting a dish in the sat section.

im getting exited now maybe there is light at the end off the tunnel. only thing that bothers me is having to have a sat dish on front of my house. my street already looks like N A S A . how do i run a linux and where do we u get codes from to run it ect. no what i mean harry............
