    SKY Competion commission

Sky fail in its attempt to overule the court decision on its ITV stake, this means that no only will it have to cut its stake it will also have to give Sky Sports, Sky movies, to other broadcasters at a rate set by OFCOM and no longer be able to have a monopoly over football and other stuff. Brocasters like freeview and virgin will be able to get them at a cheap rate and pass on to customers and be forced to do this by OFCOM. This means the sky will be falling for them with the fancy expensive lawers and good news for the veiwers of all platforms, but this will not filter through for some time yet as they will fight and drag it on as usual and will take time to go through the courts to become set in stone.
    Keep calm carry on.
