I have a cable connection in my living room, and a broadband connection upstairs. I am wanting to get an extra connection in my kitchen. I know i can use splitters to split the signal from my living room to my kitchen. However i have called Virg Med and told them that i want to move the connection from my living room to my kitchen. However will this mean that i will only get 1 connection? I was speaking to someone at Map***s and they told me that my cable company only send 1 tv signal would this be correct? Will the engineer put a new white box where the new signal will be or will he split the original signal. Any help will be much appreciated. Thanks
