Channel 4 and ITV's gone

Anyone had a loss of ITV's, 1, 2, 3 etc disappearing? and channel 4. Have vermin had a move about? Notts/Leics area here.

just re-scan your box. they are there and will come back on. they must have moved frequencies or something.

Aye. I did and your right, found some others that I sort of never missed too, more 4, etc

ITV/3/4, BBC3/4, Comedy Centrals, Bravos, ...

Rescan and all will come back.

and do the same in pure glasgow for the discovery channels 'or use the tbn/cdf i put in downloads

lost mine as well.then lost all channels .thought that was the end for it.but reflashed box and entered new keys and did a full rescan and got them all back.i think they are ready for the change ,boohoo ,wont be long me thinks

You reflashed, then you have to enter keys? what box you got then?

Having same problem

I'm having same problem, notts area as well. Tried deep scan and still no itv or C4. any ideas how i can get them back? I have eurovox ex1000sl

You will either need to do a Factory reset then a power scan or you can add these frequencies manually

Happened today in Glasgow. I had to factory reset the my Starview 5 then do a scan again.

Then i had to turn keycode back on and everything was fine.
