    Just wait until your screen goes all black. Then you will know what N3 is all about m8.

        Dont know about the ins and outs of a virgin box but if you can find stream info anywhere in the menus and find 1802 then your on N3
        1800=N1
        1801=N2

          From what i've read , the begining of the end , is when we are issued with new cards , i can't wait to get mine , give it a rub with a scourer and tell then it won't work .
          It won't stop it , but may give us another month or so before they switch the old stream off !

            The N3 caid being used in the UK is 1841 not 1802.

              n3

              why look for n3 code?it will make no difference to a genuine vm box but an aftermarket box when it goes off its off ,i have had two years worth of tv so cant complain.

                  Nobody knows for sure but it looks like VM are switching over to N3 encryption in the next few months. At that point your friend's new Starview box will not be able to do very much.

                        yes we do ,, its a fact ,, 3 months and thats the end ,, different areas week by week ,, u all need to make your choices now ,, move to sat or order extra boxes before your boxes go off ,, if u wait till n3 u will waits a month for any installation because of the extra work load vm will have in your area
