splitter problem

for a while now have been splitting a broadband signal to a starview box with no problems for both broadband and tv, but last week or so broadband does not work but tv does but when i take the solitter off the broadband works fine on its own,has anyone had this problem before.

Possible splitter gone faulty

Swap the connections over and if tv goes off would prove splitter faulty.

My brother had the same problem Mate , took the splitter out and
tried the broadband and was ok , then tried his cable reciever on the feed and it was also ok , changed the splitter for a good quality one and all sorted !

try swoping leads round. as it could be a damaged spiller

Use the ones VM use mate , which are Qamtex or Konig , i've never had probs with them .
