Pace 1000 down any advice plz.

Hi all Im in the brighton area dont no if anyone can advise me,i have a pace 1000 n!l (very old box) had card done about a month ago up untill monday all was ok was watching t.v and the screen went blank with only status bar showing nothing in "now and next" also no number's come on box only when i type number's via the remote thay show.Iv tryed the 4321 boot tryed switching off at mains also when doing the 4321 boot goe's to do the scan starting with t"tuned for nit" but dont move from there i get an error saying can not find net id after about 2/3mins.

have you checked to see if net id ie there in engineer mode

seems like you've lost the NETID.you can sort this with either a serial RS232l cable from pc/laptop to box and use libbys or you can prog a funcard/atmega NETID card to get it back.

i suggest you start searching both those and find out how to do it either way.
