TV From 2012 - Smart feature won't work no more.

Hi guys, i want to ask if somebody had a tv with similar issues or maybe know a thing or two about tv's and can help me out.

I own a Philips Smart TV or so they call it, it's nothing fancy, but it does the job. I haven't used it since a few years now, maybe 2-3 years. Everything works except the SMART Feature. It comes up with a message whenever i try to start SMART TV by saying

(Philip's servers are not reachable, please try again later.)

I tried everything i know to fix this but nothing seemed to help, warranty has also expired so no free servicing.
