v+ problem

Hi

I am helping someone with a v+ box. It went into false update in ex c&w stoke on trent for no reason supposedly and in em net id was set to 41072 instead of 41063. I re-prog'd the chip to 41063 but still in false update loop.

I have now tried proging the chip to my area tw 40978 but still got false update loop.

How can I get it out of this false update loop?

Seems I was mistaken. Prog'd for my area with feed in it runs through a load of r numbers instead of the h numbers and then eventually boots up fine. I then prog'd it back to stoke net id & freq and tried booting with no feed in and it is in update loop running through h numbers again.

If I sent it back to him would it boot up with feed in in his area?
