DIGIVOX BROKEN?

Hi

Im a total noob at this.
I have an issue with my DIGIVOX STB.
The LCD screen just appears with 6666 or 8888 on it and won't scan for channels. I have no idea where to start checking this (bar powering down etc)

Has something been switched off or is this box busted?

Check with who sold you the box

have you tried reflashing with correct file first.
