Replay PVR

hey i think i have a Replay PVR and i receive most channels but do not get some. For example I get sky sports 2,3 and 4 but not 1. I also get all sky movie channels but not sky premier. I aslo do not receive virgin 1????? Can anyone help me please? Thank you!

factory reset delete all channels then scan on the symbole rate for your area
