cant find some channels

ive got a digivox usb .. cant find some channels ski sports 1 and 3 .. any one any ideas on how to find them ??

try a factory reset 0000 to delete ,power off at back for a min/on remove any splitters or extensions first,auto scan your provider and key enable to on,press set default key and exit out.

done the factory reset .. rescanned the box but still got the same issue.. is there any way i can power scan .. any other ideas wowuld be good..tyvm

It was the same for my box, which is a Starview. I have sorted the problem now though. I had to Edit my channel list, have you tried doing the same?

no the eurovox has a power scan digivox has not,are you scanning from direct feed no extensions or splitters,if your signal is down possible outside provider problem.you may have to do another factory reset and scan.

sorted folks .. moved the splitter and scanned all ok now
