try a factory reset 0000 to delete ,power off at back for a min/on remove any splitters or extensions first,auto scan your provider and key enable to on,press set default key and exit out.
no the eurovox has a power scan digivox has not,are you scanning from direct feed no extensions or splitters,if your signal is down possible outside provider problem.you may have to do another factory reset and scan.
