I had a rather long and sometimes heated discussion with a few friends today about CView.

Ok, now on to this CView thing. I don't think i'd be happy knowing that my ISP can look at what i'm doing on a computer at anytime. This is only supposed to be used for checking for copyright infringment but it's not only going to serch for that, as it must check ALL downloads, this is a potential security risk for other personal data that flies up and down the wires from your PC to whatever server your talking to at the time.
The point is, would you like your mail man to open your post? Does this mean that emails will also be scanned and read? who sees this info? where is this info kept? Far too many questions of invasion of privacy for me.
Will they be able to use this, if say someone challenged them in court for spying on them? It's dark days ahead indeed if all this goes ahead, as you'll be watched at every corner everything you do on-line will have a record kept and a large digital file kept on you. SHOCKING
