i live in glasgow and i know people in the same area as myself that got the new card last month , as of yet i havent, i joined vm in jan2010 and had card updated the following day, anyone know if i will still get a new card any info is much appreciated

oh dear, my brother lives there, time to sort sat out for him, may as well book holiday flying from manchester, and fit him a system while im there, im in gloucester, no cards delivered yet in bristol, are headend, this was explained to me today by a mate who works there, said 2 months left, but ive had enough, wish it all went tomorrow.
