channels went but now back

Hi, got new smart card about four weeks ago in south london. the old signal went off two weeks ago and lost channels, but suddenly all channels have come back and have been back for over a week. Maybe its a mistake or decided to switch off later. So its all good still in south london.

dudley near wolverhampton channels disappeared today
still got sky sports and few other channels but im sure they will vanish soon
