hi. does anyone know how to restore/reset the envision cable box as my little one restored it to factory settings and i cant get anything on it now. thanks

just do a rescan mate.

ive rescaned it but no picture. the channels are there but it say not running or scrambled. ive tried the 8888 to enable the channels but still no joy
