No Sly Sports 1 or Kartoon Network

Any idea why I am missing these channels? Have scanned bruteforce for UK and ntl 2 nottingham but I can't find these channels. Had them before I did a factory reset.

on sv5 done factory & rescan still no sky sports 1 any ideas?

Has FX taken the place of Sky sports 1 on channel 511 and is blank?
