hi. new to this. total novice. my in-laws have a "the box super rs232" cable box. lost all channels. Rescanned the provider and is showing cannels found. Can't move on from there. Can't find menu with key code. Only screen i can find is factory password. Default password not working. Been advised to enter 1570. Password won't accept the 0 (last digit). Any help please !

factory reset 0000 to delete channel data,if password protected 1668,remove all splitters and extensions and auto scan from wall socket,and emu to on,exit out.

regarding 1570 , , you dont put it in a menu as such ,just press menu , then 1570
