    Sky Sports 3 Sound Issue

    I'm sorry to bother everyone here but I have a problem with the sound on Sky Sports 3. As yet I have been unable to find a solution to the problem.

    It's the only channel on my dbox that has a sound problem. I have since changed the image on my box and still the problem is persisting.

    Earlier tonight I watched some of the live spanish football, and get this, I could hear the crowd/fans chanting but had no commentary of the game. Yes it's very weird I assure you and this is the only channel it is happening on.

    At the moment I am watching WWE and have no commentary or sound whatsover. Occasionally the sound will return during the ad breaks but only for say for a few seconds and then it goes again.

    Anyone who could recommend any settings I should change or just offer any simple advice would be much appreciated. Thank You in advance.

      Press the green button and choose the other audio.

          When I press the green button I get the radio station mate and the choices Mono Left, Right or Stereo. All of which still give me no sound. I'm really at my wits end here. Can you suggest anything else?

              I choose Nar option on mines and i get no sound.

              When i click english all comes back.

              You must have an option to turn on narrator etc. Find this and turn NAR off.

                  Press dbox,settings,key setup,Tv/radio mode, select no key
                  Press home then user menu green,hi lite 0 and press ok untill it says audio selection.
                  Now home until you can press red to save settings.
                  Now try the green button.

                      I can't find a Nar option anywere mate. Any suggestions?
