8882 message

hi all
i have digibox xl usb and i get a 8882 message on the display and can`t seem to get back to any channels
can any one help me resolve this

i have searched every where for the tutorial to fix the 8882 error message on my digivox the supplier has asked me to send it back but i was wondering if there is a way of fixing it my self

I would personally send it back or get it exchanged, I think it is good of the supplier to offer this....chuck
