    ATR string invalid

    hi guys not had to do any cards for a long time but went to due a couple last night and it keeps comin up with ATR string invalid never had this before so what do i need to do or change ???

      firstly check your card is inserted correctly then check your programmer power supply. if you can read another card ok with the settings you have, then the cards not showing a valid atr are ~~~~ed i'm afraid. there are a few scripts around which are supposed to fix atr faults but i have never been able to fix one.

          is your programmer set to phoenix mode 3.68

              yes set to 3.68
              have 4 cards that i know are ok my phoenix says its connected but still keeps comin up with that message
