Right you dont want to factory reset that otherwise you will lose all keys and cams. Although if you know how to ftp to your box its simple enough to fix.

You have rescanned but nothing coming up - have you set your location when scanning so that it is 40981 edinburgh?

i'm having the same problem, done a reset and found some channels but no sport or movies. Also there are only number i.e TV 1084 etc ? I have a digivox XL box. any help[ would be great

ity is commando 4 inage i have on mine,my mate down the road has commando 6 and his is back working.

I'm in Falkirk area and came in to find my channels all weird and mixed up. Reset and scanned and it auto sorted as per usual. However there is the new smart card advert on chan 238, I have picked up bbc England, BBC Wales, Spanish or foreign chans + a few more. Some of the chans have new names also but the old version are also in the list. Freesat don't look to far away now

Hello again,

i have found my channels but they are all in Andere,how do i set up my boquets again? there is also about 6 versions of every channel but only 1 is working, any quick way of sorting them?

dbox edit or your remote or someone who lives in the same area with them all sorted

its gonna take forever to try and arrange this!
surely there must be a less complicated way?
