    pace box and N3 don't mix :o)

    I was at my sisters today while she got her basic package installed before the N3 changeover happens (Falkirk area)?
    The engineer has a serious problem getting it working, several phone calls and a few hours later he finds out the older pace box doesn?t work the new N3 card, so he had to get a Samsung vbox brought out to him.
    Then it took about 45 mins to sync?

    Just thinking about all these cards that are gonna be sent out to people with the older boxes which aren?t gonna work, never mind the older gen that isn?t gonna have a ~~~~en clue why it?s not working?.
    I can see cable losing a few legitimate customers over this f**k up!!!!

          When i had my package installed in 2007 at my second house they brought a samsung box. also if your N3 card does not work you just stick old back in and give them a ring. thats why there sending cards out then 2/3 week switching old ones off

              What version of pace was it 1000,2000,4000 or 4010

                      id heard from ppl that all old pace boxs could cope with nagra 3 ?
