I've got the hotel mode on my tv : Toshiba 19AV505DG. I cannot unlock it ! I bought this tv as a refurb. The remote control model is : CT90300. May someone help me please ?!

have you tried manual approach

turn tv on whilst holding info button down on remote. menu will apear 3 or 4 down turn hotel to off.
