This is my third rescan and now I am picking up channels from an Unknown provider. Il report back once scan is completed.

i have just finished a rescan here an all is ok . All channels back .

guys i'm having the same problem.

I've tried re-scan after re-scan.

I have 3 boxes, Eurovox man and starview the box. When i re-scan the starview i get Animal Planet back, then as soon as i change the channel, it gives me the "please wait channel changed, wait for saving" then all the channels are blank.

The Eurovox i've had to do 2 re-scans today already, but once it's done the channels are back up, doesn't seem to have the same problem as the starview. It seems that the box isn't holding the key information.

I've just re-scanned my eurovox and i've got nothing at all now, so there is defo something up.

Although i live in Viewpark and today Virgin had a fault with all the phone lines in my area, could this have something to do with the problem?

My channels are back! Just completed the scan there guys and everything is back. My bouquets have vanished so it will be a bit of work rearranging the channels but I'm just happy to have them back. By the way Im in cumbernauld area.

Quick answer yes. They are updating things all the time in preperation for switching off. So if a channel goes then rescan.

Mines the same box down only channel working is the security one and its says 'lost some channels? we don't want you to miss out on top tv

Done a rescan this morning....~~~~ ALL. tried all 3 boxes in the house and no joy. Has anyone else got all their channels back???

Ive rescanned and all came back, but they are all in unsorted!!

Has anyone took the time to make up new bouquets?? If so, i'd very much like to recieve them hehe.
