dont seem like ur taking this on board, to save u any hassle with this box in future, get an empty tin can put ur bank notes in it, spray with lighter fuel, and strike a match, same outcome from fire as buying the box, useless and worthless.

You will need a legit box and sub to view cable soon, so if you are willing to spend that amount of money on somehitng that should be useless in about 3 months, then go ahead.

Virgin own all their boxes that are used on the cable TV network, and you rent them, they will not allow the use of 3rd party receivers, and the new N3 cards have to be paired to the receiver. So even if you have a legit sub, the card will not work in the box, unless of course you can get it paired.

I would wait for the changeover before I bought any box, as N3 (the new encryption system) is coming soon and all non official boxes will cease (STOP) working.

YOu are basically throwing the money down the drain, you will get 2 months at most, and thats if you are dead lucky!!

a lot of mates had nt>hell origianl boxes with no card but as soon as the change over to N3 they all went down keep your money
