Lost all channels

New to all this, I have a BOX Super, API ver : 8.20_E Boot ver : 8.0. I have now lost all channels, I have done a factory reset and EMU is turned on. Can anyone help please.

try a factory reset then scan for channels

Have done that with no success

perhaps ur area is n3 if so all the rescanning in the world wont help you.

Areas switched over to Nagra 3
