Should my Dbox work or not

Same problem new person. My Dbox2 seems to have a problem as it is not working properly, it gives channels 1-4 but the others seem to have stopped working. It scans 300 or so.
I'm not sure whether or not it needs to be flashed or not.

At the moment it is run on Neutrino sportster1.7 and it's a nokia box.

Any advice would be really helpful.

When did it stop working try pressing blue button and look through the menu's for emu selection
and choose evo or mgcamd then reboot the box and leave it on itv4 for 5 mins until it clears
