Virgin Media (TW) - Are the keys changed?

I am getting the same problem get FTA channels but not sports nor some movies, I will re-scan as suggested above and see how I go.

I am using neutrino 2.1

I am off to re-scan and reset if appropriate

I have the same problem in West London, I have re-scanned and re-booted and neither have any effect. Some movies and some sports still missing.

Anyone have any ideas?

My dbox not working this morning. "Free 2 air" channels OK but for all other it says "Channel not available"

I am in Telewest\Virgin area.

Can someone please tell me if this is a fault with box or the keys have been changed? If so where to I get the latest keys from? Been on the tcb.cc toolbar but the last update it is showing is to be from around Dec last year.
Please help.

what kind of box? where are you? check post 14 and 15 in this thread....factory reset and scan.... if all else fails use it as a doorstop

starview, all paid channels lost

Hi, i have a starview box and the paid channels have disappeared. Have done a re-scan but channels still unavailable. I live in the Merseyside area.

hi hope this helps mine went down on feb 19th 2010 i have upgraded the firmware to 1.12 now all works fine had problem with the epg but sorted it by going into menu then user setup then time setting make sure that time set mode reads tdt auto .
all works fine now

North Shields went today @ 12.05am 10/03/2010 bruteforce scan and everything is back but bowK is all over the place + i have like 20 bbc1 20 bb2 etc etc,, any 1 making a new bow k for newcastle post it on here plz, or if i can b bovad ill post 1... p,s i am so blacklisted i cant even get credit at local packie shop, i still owe virgin a ?300 phone bill from 2 years ago anyway VM Virgin TV - Digital TV - Virgin Media must Not be Credit Checking ~ Hmm i passed no problem, ?5 a month for 65 channels because its not long before its gone 4 good.

hi iam in north tyneside virgin customer digivox xl went off last nite 9 march but got it bk on today took ages rescanning loads of times but my daugher has old style digivox only took 2 scans to work but been trying to do 2 mates boxes and they wil not come bk on any one know why some do and some dont ????
