we had power cut for two hours and now my virgin box as get ap52 after boot can help and why this has happen all other work fine

if its a pace check the pl5 if its your box, if it's a subed box call vm ,ps sometimes these boxes can take a while to come on

don't know anything about these boxes but I have read posts with your problem which suggest it is either a signal issue or a net id problem
