Can i watch cable tv on a second tv?

I have cable TV downstairs and i also want to watch it upstairs in the bedroom.Is there anyway i could do this without having to subscribe to a second box?

Video sender or use rf out on receiver and coax cable.

A decent videosender will allow you to change the channels as well.

if you have a v+ box this can be done with a video sender i believe as you can watch one channel and record two other channels i will try and post the link later when iam at home.

I have one of these and can highly recommend:

New Nikkai 5.8GHZ Wireless AV Sender Kit AWV-698B on eBay (end time 30-Mar-10 18:11:24 BST)

Just did a random search - don't know anything about the seller.

I would recommend, whatever else you do, to get a 5.8GHZ sender.
