Digi Box Help

Hola amigos
Hope someone could help point me in the direction of assistance with a
Digi Box Acnet a700c

This is an elderly neighbours who stopped me in the street to ask if I could help him...he spent the weekend with no tv.

I have the box here and a rg32 cable although I cant link it to my laptop so will have to wait til later to hook up to pc to confrm what s/ware is on it..

Any help would be appreciated.

Not got it hooked up yet just reading off the box

BTW should I have posted this in Cable as that is what he uses?

What area are you in? Some areas gone to nagra 3 encyption and no longer open.
