If its a S/V4 USB factory reset &flash wih 1.12 F/W then rescan on your provider.worked for me but the end is NIGH

The recent "hit" is just an upgrade to the 3.7 software. You should still get a few weeks yet though as Edinburgh appears to be first in the queue in Scotland and the cards have not arrived as yet.

GG a factory reset and automatic scan will fix your box as Chester says.

Any truth in the rumour the starview 4 will still work. Heard from a guy at work it might. Funny thing is, that when mates have said their eurovox etc. went down, my starview still worked. Never had to update the software in over a year. Probably just wishful thinking.
