digivox xl virgin area on and off ????

hi all iam in whitley bay my 2 boxes went off last night but got them bk on today scanned my digivox xl loads and it came on eventually but my daughters is a digivox (silver one ) and only took 2 go's and it bk on //// but been 2 mates houses today and cant get theres bk on anyone know why ????? cheers

if you factory reset and auto scan from direct feed and emu to on,exit out ,lots of places around going on to n3 =no fix and blank screens.
